The Witcher 3 is fast approaching nearly four years since it was released, so the modding scene that was popular back then isn’t as active now. The modding tool is described as a “collection of in-game mods and external tools aimed to enable the creation of new quests by mod authors.”
Recently, a modder (or possibly modders) named memr has released a new project called the Radish Modding Tools, specific to The Witcher 3. Radish Modding Tools allow for more complex mods to be made, such as player-made quests.
